Registration & Enrollment

Online Registration

Existing students must complete the registration process every year. This process allows parent/guardians the opportunity to review and update addresses, phone numbers and emergency contacts. It is important for the school offices to have accurate information in case of emergency.

Student registration is available through the Parent Portal.

Under "More" select "Online Registration" and select register student(s) who are currently enrolled in this district. Once you complete a tab on the registration, the information will be held and you can close the registration and finish later. Please answer questions about Chromebook insurance and transportation as well. The registration is sent when you click "Submit" on the last page. The registration will be locked when you sign and submit.

If you need help with accessing the parent portal, contact the school at 469-952-5400.

New students must register at the campus.

New students that want to register will need to bring the following documents to make the process smoother:

  1. Proof of Residency (current water, electricity bill, closing documents, or signed lease agreement)
  2. Student's Social Security Card
  3. Student's birth certificate
  4. Copy of the student's last report card or copy of the student's high school transcript
  5. Withdrawal papers from previous school
  6. Current Immunizations
  7. Copy of Parent drivers license

Elementary students living in Cypress Bend will walk to Lowe Elementary, while Winchester Crossing residents will walk to Harper Elementary.

Students living in the Bridgewater development will have safe routes to Mayfield Elementary.

Middle school students living in the Creekview neighborhood will walk to Southard Middle School.

Secondary students in the Crossroads development will walk to Princeton and Lovelady high schools and Clark Middle School.

Crossing guards will be at these intersections:

  • For Harper, crossing guards will be at Willow View Way and Beauchamp Boulevard and County Roads 398 and 447.
  • For Lowe, a crossing guard will be located at Cypress Bend Parkway and Mesquite Ln.
  • For Mayfield, a crossing guard will be located at Waterway Drive and Ripple Rush Drive.
