Provide child-centered campuses that encourage all students to experience success

• Improve student performance on assessments

• Investigate improvements to current discipline plan in a manner that changes behavior

• Promote physical, mental and emotional health

• Implement security protocols on a continual basis on all campuses

Ensure full continuum of services for all student programs

Recruit, challenge, develop and retain qualified and productive staff who model an atmosphere of excellence

• Monitor teacher incentive pay program
• Continue to offer development academies
