Transfer Requests
Student Transfers
On a limited basis Princeton ISD allows students to transfer from one school to another. The transfer request must be submitted to the Administration Office during the transfer window.

Important things to remember:
- You will need to submit one transfer request per student.
- School bus transportation is NOT provided to transfer students.
- Students in K-12 are the only students eligible for a transfer.
- Transfer requests must be submitted and approved annually.
- Only one transfer may be approved per student per year.
Inter-District Transfer
An inter-district transfer is for non-resident students requesting to transfer into the District.
To be eligible, a student must be the child, grandchild, or sibling of a district employee; or the student or a sibling of the student must be or have previously been enrolled in the District.
Intra-District Transfer
An intra-district transfer is for resident students requesting to transfer within the District.
Parents of students who currently attend Princeton ISD, wishing their child attend a school other than the campus they are zoned to must complete a transfer request annually.
