Princeton ISD offers electronic athletic passes for all district home athletic events.
How to access your staff pass:
2. Find PISD Staff Passes and select Get Passes
3. Under Have a passcode? enter your employee ID and click Apply.
4. Add 1 item in the quantity field and press Check Out.
5. Fill out all required information as prompted.
6. Select submit order
Once your pass is created, take a screenshot and save it to your photos for easy access on game day.
Important reminders for all staff and families
- To enter any game, you must present both your electronic pass QR code and your employee ID. Without your ID, entry will not be permitted.
- Each pass admits the staff member and up to three additional family members.
- The staff member and family must be present together at the time of entry. Passes scan only once per event and cannot be downloaded for additional family members.
- All attendees, including employees and their families, must enter through the front gate and scan their pass.
- The Clear Bag Policy and the No Outside Food or Drinks Policy will be strictly enforced at all events.

Employee Fitness Center
Princeton ISD employees are allowed access to the workout area and equipment that are part of the Clark Middle School Field House between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. on school days. Employees will also be able to work out on the weekends and holidays at any time as long as district events will not require the use of the field house. To access the Clark Field House workout room, use the single door on the souths side of the building at the west end. You may request a key from the auxiliary services department at any time.
Rules:
Only one additional person per employee is allowed and must be accompanied by the employee.
No children under 12 years old.
Workout at your own risk.
You are responsible for returning your key upon separation from the district.
