My name is Mark Ortiz.  I proudly served our great nation during a very rewarding career in the United States Marine Corps and retired in 2015.  I have been a Senior Naval Science Instructor for five years and am excited about running the program at Princeton High School.  I chose to pursue a position as an NJROTC instructor as it combines my military experience and educational knowledge to benefit the cadets in my programs.

God has blessed me with a wonderful life and an amazing wife.  My beautiful wife and I are enjoying life together and in our downtime, we like to travel, try new restaurants and cheer on the Dallas Cowboys.
