Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Johanna Jackson

Hi, I'm Johanna Owens-Jackson (just call me Mrs. Jackson)! I hold a master's degree from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas. I have been teaching since 2010, and have taught grade levels from 6th grade to Seniors, including Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Math Models, Advanced Quantitative Reasoning, and Precalculus, prior to coming to Princeton ISD. I will be teaching College Prep Math and Algebra 2 at Princeton High School. I hope to inspire students to believe in themselves as problem-solvers, critical thinkers, and future productive adult members of society. I believe that all students can be successful in math, and I am here to help students achieve that goal!

I enjoy reading, painting, and building Lego sets when I have time, but the majority of my free time is spent hanging out with my husband, our son, and our two cats.
