My name is Diane Johnson and I am so excited to be your child's 5th grade writing and social studies teacher!  I received a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, with EC-6 and ESL certifications, from Texas A&M University - Commerce.  I grew up in Plano, but I have lived in Princeton since 2019. I absolutely love the small town feel with big city access!  My husband and I have two children, Amelia and Madelyn, who also attend Mayfield.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time at the lake, reading, writing, watching movies and spending time with my family. I look forward to getting to know all of you and making it an awesome year!
