I will be teaching English 3 and College Prep at the high school. 

I grew up in Shenandoah, Iowa, and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2013 and finished my Master's of Arts in English from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. I have been teaching high school English and History classes since 2015 in Nebraska, New Jersey, and currently in Texas where I live with my wife and two sons. 

My vision as an educator is to inspire a hunger for learning in my students. I create a classroom where students learn content through engaging activities and projects that allow them to use their creativity to illustrate their competency in critical thinking and knowledge application.
