Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Melissa Moses

This will be my fifth year in education. I taught 1st grade here in Princeton at Lacy Elementary my first year of teaching. This will be my 4th year teaching in the Academic and Behavioral Learning Environment class. I graduated from Texas A&M Commerce where I received my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Major in Interdisciplinary Studies and a concentration in Early Childhood - 6th grade Special Education. I am currently working on my masters online at Purdue University studying Behavioral Psychology.

I was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in the suburb of Plano, TX, until I was in 7th grade where my parents, two sisters, and I moved to Murphy, TX. I now reside in Wylie, TX with my husband (Chris), our daughter (Brooklynn), two stepsons (CJ & Isaiah), and our four dogs. When I am not studying or planning activities for class, I am usually at a football field or basketball court with the boys, or enjoying time with my daughter. I also love playing basketball, spending time at the lake or by the pool, and enjoy spending time with my family.
