Branding & Licensing
Our brand goes beyond a logo, typefaces and color palettes. It defines who Princeton ISD is. It's in every message we send and every encounter we make on behalf of the District. From every new employee to our youngest student, our brand is integrated into our daily interactions.
The Communications Department has created several resources in order to streamline the brand. The following resources are available for download:

Trademark & Licensing
The Princeton Senior High School panther logo has been trademarked by Princeton ISD and is registered as a Texas trademark with the Texas Secretary of State. Princeton ISD partners should utilize the District Branding Guide when using our logos and colors. The Lovelady High School, Clark Middle School and Southard Middle School logos are extensions of the Princeton Senior High trademarked logo.
Princeton ISD academic organizations, student clubs, athletic teams and fine arts programs are authorized to use the trademarked and other campus logos for school-related purposes. The logos may not be altered without written permission from the Princeton ISD Communications Department. No other Panther or Jaguar shall be used in place of the Princeton Panther or Jaguar to represent the district or any of its campuses.
Princeton ISD employees are authorized to use the trademarked and other logos for classroom and school-related communications purposes. An employee MAY NOT use the logos for personal or retail sales without written permission from the Princeton ISD Communications Department and/or obtaining a fully executed licensing agreement with the district.
Official Princeton ISD booster clubs, PTAs and the Princeton Lions Club have permission from Princeton ISD to use the trademarked and other logos without obtaining a licensing agreement.
- These organizations may purchase items for retail sales and the company making their items is not required to have a licensing agreement, as long as ALL proceeds from the sale go to the Princeton ISD group.
- If the company wishes to expand sales to include other logo items, the company must obtain its own licensing agreement with the district.
Commercial, personal or retail use of one or more of the Princeton ISD logos requires a fully executed licensing agreement. For information on how to obtain an agreement, please contact katie.guinn@princetonisd.net.
The district reserves the right to revoke logo privileges at any time at its sole discretion.
