Welcome!

My name is Elizabeth Ott.  I am so excited to be teaching at Harper Elementary!

     I was born and raised in the great state of Texas.  I grew up not too far from here, and graduated from Community High School in 2008.  I graduated from Western Governors University in 2019.

     Educating and taking care of children has been a passion of mine for years.  I spent six years being the nanny to the most beautiful little girl.  She means so much to me.  She has taught me how to be a better person and educator.  I can't wait to love, teach, and respect my students, just as I did with her.

     I now live in the beautiful city of Princeton, Texas.  Teaching runs in the family.  My sister and I are both very proud to be teachers for Princeton ISD.  I have one fur baby named Frederick.  He is the light of my life.

     In my free time I enjoy baking, going to the movies, traveling, reading, shopping, taking my dog to the dog park, and being a home body.  One of my favorite past times is watching The Great British Baking Show and trying my hand at new and unique bakes.  I enjoy making learning an everyday part of my life, and I can't wait to pass on my love for learning to my students.
