Parchment is an online credential service provided to current PHS students for fulfilling transcript requests, as well as recommendation letters.
Only current PHS students are able to use this system. Anyone who has previously graduated or attended PHS must contact the Registrar's office for a copy of his or her official transcript.

Please download, fill out, and return this "Brag Sheet" to your counselor with all necessary information for your Letter of Recommendation. Attention to details will ensure a more personal letter. Please allow two weeks for the completion of this letter once the "Brag Sheet" has been turned in.
