Ms. Trout’s Brief Biography
I am an “Army
brat” and was raised all over the world, including California, England,
Okinawa, Minnesota, New Mexico, and Alabama. I have lived in Texas for about thirty years.
I received my Bachelor
of Arts degree in English and Music at the University of Alabama in Huntsville,
Alabama, and my Master of Education degree at Texas A & M, Commerce.
This is my 20th
year to be a part of Princeton ISD.
I started out teaching junior and senior English and have been an
administrator for ten years.
I am the Dean of
Students and my responsibilities are varied. I am the supervisor of all of the special populations on the
high school campus. This includes
special education, 504, GT, and the LEP program. I also work with curriculum, the Advanced Placement program,
the English department, and the special education department. I also work with the counseling
department in many activities.
Please contact me
if I can help you in any way. I
know this will be a great year at Princeton High School!
