Puzzle 5:
You have two coins that are worth 30 cents. One is not a nickle. What are the two coins?
 You have a quarter and a nickle. The other coin is a nickle.


 

Puzzle 6:
The farmer had 17 sheep. All but nine died. How many did he have left?
Nine. (The nine that are left.)
Puzzle 7:
How much dirt is in a hole that is 2 feet deep, 2 feet wide, and 2 feet long?
Remember V=LxWxH
                                            There is no dirt in a hole.



Puzzle 8:
There are twelve 1 cent stamps in a dozen.
How many 2 cent stamps in a dozen?

  12. A dozen is a dozen.


 

Puzzle 9:
If 29 pigs can eat 29 biscuits in 29 minutes. Then how many pigs does it take to eat 86 biscuits in 86 minutes?

The same 29 pigs can eat more bisciuts in more time.
