confirms the value of early education for young children. Lacy
Elementary School offers a quality Pre Kindergarten program to
help
four year old children prepare for Kindergarten. Our program
provides
a challenging but achievable curriculum which engages children in
thinking,
reasoning, and communicating with others. With teacher direction
and
guidance the children respond to the challenge and acquire important
skills
and concepts that prepare them for future learning.

Assignments
We teach a letter a
week. This letter is in the Six Weeks Calendar that goes in your
child's "Bee Book". You can help your child learn this letter by
identifying things in the environment that begin with that sound.
A fun way you can help your child with their
writing skills is have them write the letter in a pan
