Thomas
Osburn has 22 years of public school experience. He graduated
from the University of North Texas in 1986 with a Bachlors of Science
in Secondary Education. In 2007 he recieved his Masters in
Education Administration.
After 17
years in the classroom he moved to administration in 2003.
