The 2009-2010 school year marks my nineteenth year in education. My history includes nine years as a teacher, four years as an assistant principal, and this year begins my sixth year as the principal of Godwin Elementary School.
The educators I work with are the best! At James A. Godwin Elementary School we believe learning is fun and our teachers strive each day to allow children to enjoy the learning process. Superior teachers and great students make our campus an exceptional place to be!
Godwin Elementary School Mission Statement

educators of Godwin Elementary School believe that all children can
learn regardless of previous academic performance or family
circumstances. We believe that our school's mission is:
