There is a wealth of information about gifted children, workshops
for parents and students, journals you can order to help you with your
gifted child, and so much more. It's a great website!! (I
attend the conference each year, you might want to think about
attending. It's kind of costly, but worth it.)
NAGC -- This is the National Association for Gifted Children. This website also has a wealth of information on it....too much to go into! Please click on the link and peruse until your heart is content. I think you will find it very informative and extremely helpful!!
SIG -- This website is called Summer Institute for the Gifted. These are summer programs for slightly older gifted students. The programs are costly, but there is financial aid available providing you apply early. Some of the programs include humanities, math and science, graphic arts, survival skills, etc. New this year is a program in Texas for students in grades 4 and up!!
