Teacher Bio
I am excited to be teaching at Clark Junior High School this
year!! Teaching is what I love to do!
After teaching in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for twelve years, I
moved to Colorado when my husband was transferred in 1991. We spent several years in the Denver area
where I did corporate training for a large company. In 1999 we moved to Breckenridge and lived at 11,000 feet! While in the mountains, I developed and
delivered training for 500 Summit County Government employees. We returned to the Dallas area in 2004.
My husband (who is pastor of First Baptist Church here in
Princeton) and I have been married for 38 years. We have two wonderful children
and four perfect grandchildren, three of whom live in the area. My hobbies include traveling, which I love; golfing,
at which I'm horrible; and photography, which is too much fun! But my favorite activity of all time is scrap
booking. I have an entire room devoted
to this pastime!
I will do everything I can to make this a special year for every
student in my classes. Your student can
do anything he puts his mind to. I
believe that if we help one another, we can all be successful--in life, as well
as in Language Arts.
